History of Establishment

1992

The history of “Sodruzhestvo” company dates back to 1992, starting with a small team of 10 people. Founded by private entrepreneurs, the company was focused from its earliest days on growth, efficiency, and long-term partnership.

1997

The "Sodruzhestvo" holding began its development in the agricultural sector by acquiring shares in one of the largest enterprises in the Taranovsky district — OJSC "Krasnoselskoye", which was later reorganized into LLP "Sulu".

1999

The second crop-growing enterprise, LLP "Sokolovskoye-Agro", was organized in the Kostanay district of the Kostanay region.

2002

Two farms were acquired in the North Kazakhstan region, on the basis of which the third agricultural enterprise of the holding — LLP "Sodruzhestvo-2" — was formed

2015

LLP "Astyk Petropavlovsk" was acquired with the aim of organizing grain processing, drying, and storage services in the North Kazakhstan region, in the district named after G. Musrepov, Novoishimskoye village

Core Activities

The core activity of the company is the cultivation and sale of agricultural crops. The sown area is approximately 60,000 hectares.

Reproductive Farms

LLP "Sulu" and LLP "Sodruzhestvo-2" hold the status of reproductive farms and specialize in the production of super-elite, elite, first and second reproduction seeds of grain, leguminous, and oilseed crops.

Scientific Cooperation

For the purpose of strain renovation, as well as cooperation in the field of strain testing, close collaboration has been established with leading breeding institutions: State Scientific Institution "Altai Research Institute of Agriculture", State Scientific Institution "SibNIISKhoz", and the associations "Kurgan Seeds" and "Siberian Seeds".
